Welcome! I'm Ruth and I’m very happy to see you here.

A little about me… my journey has been driven by curiosity, learning, and hands-on experience alongside amazing people. Moving between “realities" and various ways of working has been a huge part of my journey. Learning from these experiences has shaped how I support leaders and teams today. I work fluently in German and English, have a good command of French, and a solid working knowledge of Spanish.

I’ve been fortunate to study, work, and travel across the world, earning an MBA in International Management, a Master in Global Public Policy, and a Doctor Phil.

Along the way, I’ve also completed certifications in Prosci® Change Management, Leadership Circle Profile® (LCP), TTI TriMetrix® EQ, Stakeholder Management through the Engagement Institute, Capacity WORKS, the Intercultural Readiness Check, Systemic Mediation, Conflict Coaching, and Solution-Focused Negotiation in Organisations at SMBS in Austria, and Systemic Evolutionary Organisational Development with Trigon Switzerland. I also enjoy teaching these subjects in university settings, which allows me to share knowledge and inspire/learn from  others in their journeys.

What I love most about my work is combining practical tools with a human-focused, systemic approach in rich, diverse, and complex social environments. Whether I’m coaching individuals or supporting organisations through transformation, my goal is to help you navigate complexity, grow your leadership, and create healthier, more effective work cultures.
